2008 was a very frustrating year for many Americans and will go down in history as the mark of a long and arduous road to a struggling economy. We now have a new administration armed and determined with a plan to revive our country’s coffers and jumpstart the American Business Machine that’s made us flourish in the past.

The Bill actually states “Making supplemental appropriations for job preservation and creation, infrastructure investment, energy efficiency and science, assistance to the unemployed, and state and local fiscal stabilization, for the fiscal year ending Septetmber 30, 2009…”
